Founded Akatsuki Capital Advisors in 2024 and serves as CEO. Previously served as Executive Officer and Head of Asset Management at GLR Investment, growing assets under management from zero to JPY 160 billion over about six years. Before that, held various leadership roles in real estate fund management at Invesco, started his career at East Japan Railway, worked in real estate asset management at Morgan Stanley, and served in value-added fund management and investment committee roles at Nomura Real Estate. With over 33 years in the real estate industry and 23+ years in fund business, he has overseen more than JPY 500 billion in real estate projects.

Joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors in 2024 as Executive Officer. Previously at GLR Investment, he led acquisition activities for logistics real estate funds, acquiring a wide range of properties including dry, hazardous goods, and cold storage warehouses, and was involved in hands-on value-add asset management. Prior to that, he worked with institutional private equity real estate and specific private real estate investment projects at Nomura Real Estate and Tokai Tokyo Securities, managing activities from acquisitions to asset management. He also served as a member of a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism review committee on specific real estate investment businesses.

Joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors in 2024 as Executive Officer. Previously served as Construction Management Lead for real estate investment funds at GLR Investment, handling new logistics facility developments (dry and hazardous warehouses) and conversion projects from dry to cold storage. Before that, he worked in construction supervision and consulting at general contractors and engineering firms and served as a Construction Manager for logistics facilities at Goodman Japan (formerly Japan Rep).

Joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors in 2024 as Executive Officer. Prior to that, he was involved in office tenant representation and, after joining the asset management department, broadly supported asset management operations for logistics real estate funds, including acquisitions and leasing management. He has experience in acquisitions, leasing management, and asset management for projects such as Kazo Logi I & II, CBREIM Hiroshima, LOGIPORTAL Kobe Yaeidai, G SQUARE Izumi, Chiba NT Logistics Center, and Hasuda Logistics Center. Earlier in his career, he worked in sales & marketing at a global life assurance company and in dealing operations at an independent fund firm.

Previously, at GLR Investment, she worked as an asset manager for real estate investment funds, responsible for tenant selection, property operations, and investor reporting. Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at Invesco in accounting roles for J-REITs and private funds, and was also involved in private fund structuring.

Joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors in 2024. Previously at GLR Investment, he focused on logistics warehouse leasing brokerage, building a strong track record through new client development and response to inbound inquiries. He then joined ASSORT Inc., participating in the launch of the sales department and responding to a wide range of client needs as a logistics real estate specialist. His brokerage achievements include ESR Chigasaki, Prologis Park Yachiyo, and GLP ALFALINK Nagareyama.
