Mr.Matsumoto founded Akatsuki Capital Advisors Co., Ltd. in 2024 and became CEO.
Prior to Akatsuki-CA, he served as Executive Officer and Head of Asset Management at GLR Investments from 2018, where he oversaw the logistics real estate fund and asset management business. In approximately six years, he expanded assets under management from zero to 160 bil JPY.
He worked at Invesco for 10 and a half years, where he established a J-REIT focusing on offices and served as the fund manager and executive officer of this REIT. He also engaged in acquisitions and capital raising for separate account investments. He also started his career at JR East, worked in real estate asset management at Morgan Stanley, and served as a fund manager for the Value Add Fund and a member of the investment committee at Nomura Real Estate.
With over 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and over 23 years in the real estate fund business, he has invested in and managed real estate projects worth over 500 bil JPY.

In 2024, Mr.Sugiyama joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors Co., Ltd. and became an executive officer.
Prior to joining Akatsuki-CA, he oversaw the acquisition of logistics real estate funds at GLR Investments, acquiring a wide range of logistics facility development projects, including dry warehouses, hazardous materials warehouses, and refrigerated and frozen warehouses, as well as engaging in hands-on asset management of value-up projects.
He worked at Nomura Real Estate Development and Tokai Tokyo Securities, where he was involved in private equity funds and real estate specified joint ventures for institutional investors, and was responsible for a wide range of business areas from acquisition to asset management.
For real estate specified joint ventures(FTK-law), he served as a member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s investigative committee.

Prior to joining Akatsuki-CA, he worked as the head of construction management for a real estate investment fund at GLR Investment, where he was responsible for new development projects for logistics facilities (dry storage and hazardous materials warehouses) and conversion projects from dry warehouse to cold storage .
He worked in construction supervision and consulting at general contractors and engineering companies, and as a construction manager for logistics facilities at Nippon Rep (current Goodman).

Mr.Ujiie joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors Co., Ltd. in 2024 and became an Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Akatsuki-CA, he worked at GLR Investments, where he was involved in office tenant representation and, after participating in the Asset Management Division, was involved in a wide range of asset management work for logistics real estate funds.
He is in charge of acquisition and leasing management.
He has a track record in acquisition, leasing management, and asset management for properties such as Kazo Logi I and II, CBREIM Hiroshima, LOGIPORTAL Kobe Yaeidai, G SQUARE Izumi,
Chiba NT Logistics Center, and Hasuda Logistics Center.
Prior to that, he worked in sales and marketing as an agent for Global Life Assurance Co., Ltd. and in dealing at an independent fund company.

Ms.Takeuchi joined Akatsuki-CA Co., Ltd. in 2024.
She worked as an asset manager for real estate investment funds at GLR Investments, where she was responsible for tenant selection, ongoing management such as property maintenance, and reporting property performance status to investors.
Prior to that, she worked at Invesco for 13 and a half years, as accounting manager for J-REITs and private placement funds. She is also involved in structuring private placement funds.

Mr.tanno joined Akatsuki Capital Advisors Co., Ltd. in 2024.
Prior to Akatsuki-CA, he worked at GLR Investment Co., Ltd. as a leasing broker for logistics warehouses, where he built up an extensive track record of closing deals through new cliant sourcing and response management.
He then joined ASSORT Co., Ltd. from the launch of its sales department, where he meets a wide range of customer needs as a logistics real estate expert.
His brokerage experience includes ESR Chigasaki, Prologis Park Yachiyo, and GLP ALFALINK Nagareyama.
